Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
– Provide recommendations for problem resolution
– Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers

— Explain technical terms to customer in a comprehendible manner 
– Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
– Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing amazing customer service and meet customer expectations
– Keep track of all devices and inventory
– Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store

Basic Qualification: 

- Great customer service skills

- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills

- Very good organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Preferred Qualification: 

- Experience repairing electronics such as smartphones, tablets, smart watches and laptops

- Previous experience working at retail store
